At Surviver by STG, every piece is produced with care and delivered with precision. Your artwork is crafted to order, securely packaged, and dispatched through trusted carriers. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on destination. Once shipped, you’ll receive full tracking details so you can follow your delivery with ease. Should your parcel experience an unexpected delay, our team is here to assist swiftly and professionally.

Returns & Issue Reporting 🔄

We stand behind the quality of every print we create. If your order arrives with any concerns, please notify us within 28 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly. For damaged or defective items, we kindly request clear images to help us assess and provide the best solution. Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items. Custom or personalised artwork is non‑returnable unless damaged upon arrival.

Refund Policy 💰

Refunds are issued when an item is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was advertised. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the issue is the result of our error.

Exchange Policy 🔁

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items reported within the 7‑day window. Exchanges are not available for change‑of‑mind purchases. If the item you need is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit.
